Green Events Reservation Form

Complete the form below to request your green event supplies. NOTE: We need at least 5 days prior to your event to process your order. 

Once your request is received, we will contact you to confirm your request and finalize payment. Supplies will not be released until payment is received. 

Pickup Locations:

Materials may be picked up or dropped off between 10 AM and 4 PM Wednesday through Saturday at one of two available Community Recycling Centers:

• Deramus – 4707 Deramus Avenue, KCMO 64120
• South – 5200 E. Red Bridge Road, KCMO 64137

After your event, we ask that you return the recycling bins and banners to the same location from which you got them and fill out an evaluation form so that we can track the success of your event. If bins are returned to a different recycling center, we will charge a $150 transportation fee.
