PARTNERSHIPS IN ACTION: KANSAS CITY INDUSTRIAL COUNCIL

Since 2015, Bridging The Gap has worked in partnership with the Kansas City Industrial Council to inform its members of best practices for sustainability and encourage action toward resource efficiency. A key piece of this partnership is to assist with planning the KCIC’s annual Sustainability Awards Breakfast, which occurs in the fall and recognizes businesses who have made extraordinary efforts and investment in improving their carbon footprint, particularly those businesses located in industrial areas.
