National Trails Day Hike with KC WildLands

June 1 is National Trails Day and what better way to celebrate than to get outdoors and experience one of KC’s hidden gem trails at Rocky Point Glades. Located in Swope Park, this unique remnant glade ecosystem is home to showy wildflowers, limestone outcrops, and trees that are hundreds of years old. The trail is unpaved and moderate-level. This event is taking place in coordination with Lakeside Nature Center’s event the following day, on June 2. Registration is required.
