WHAT TO EXPECT
What to expect
These nature excursions will be lead by a team of local conservation professionals. These excursions are an opportunity to learn and create new memories out in nature through a variety of activities, including kayaking, wildflower planting, birding, hiking and more. Each nature excursion requires some level of physical activity and some extended periods of walking — these natural areas are truly wild spaces and trails are often primitive. You should expect to get slightly dirty and use your hands to complete various small activities related to conservation science and nature.
