Consultations

GDAKC provides consultations for any Kansas City–based food & beverage establishment interested in becoming more environmentally sustainable, including those that might not qualify for membership in our program. 

Consultations involve detailed conversation and consideration of current operations, an in-person walk-through and expert advice on ways to reduce your environmental impact. Specific categories of investigation include waste footprint, sourcing, energy use, water use and innovative efforts made by your business on behalf of the environment.

Consultations are available at sliding-scale rates, with fees contributing toward your business’s eventual certification.
