GDAKC Core Concepts Agreement
The Green Dining Alliance created this list of Core Concepts to establish a baseline for environmentally conscious practices across Kansas City's food and beverage community. We believe these concepts are within reach for both small and large businesses in Kansas City.

GDAKC Data Sharing Agreement
By committing to the Core Concepts, I agree to authorize GDAKC to:

collect, assemble and share data within the Green Dining Alliance and/or via third party software in order to track and quantify the environmental impact of the Kansas City food and beverage industry, as well as to set goals for resource and energy conservation and waste diversion efforts.

Please be prepared to share this waste data* with your auditor on the day of your audit:

     1) your hauler(s)
     2) the size of your bins
     3) frequency of pick-up

*includes single stream or separated recycling, organics recycling, waste oil, and landfill

All new members pay an initial fee, per establishment, starting at $350. This rate is determined by the size of the business. Certification at this rate is valid for one year. We also offer an option for a two-year certification, per establishment, at a discounted rate starting at $650. This rate is also determined by the size of the business.

This fee is due at the time of your audit, unless other arrangements have been made.
