Volunteer: Indian Creek Stream Cleanup, Lenexa KS

April 19, 2017 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Indian Creek Stream Cleanup

Wednesday, 4/19, 9:00 AM – Noon

Great Opportunity for a Small Corporate Group!

Help us clean up litter along the Indian Creek watershed!  We’ll share some information about this watershed, have a short training, and clean up litter along the creek.  This site has opportunities to clean along the tree line as well as in the creek bed for folks that bring their boots.

All volunteers will receive a snazzy “volunteer” t-shirt and a chance to win a 55 gallon rain barrel ($65 value!). We will provide litter grabbers, safety vests, trash bags and gloves.

Min age: 11, with a parent. 16 and older may volunteer alone.

All volunteers must register in advance by completing online registration. Click on registration button below for more details and to register.  Immediately after registering, each individual will receive an auto-email confirmation with more details.

Do you have a group or questions? Contact Erin, Litter Abatement Program Manager, erin.bopp@bridgingthegap.org or 816-561-1061, ext. 145.

We apologize that we are not able to offer or sign off on court-mandated community service or disciplinary service.
