Volunteer, Earth Week: Indian Creek Litter Cleanup

April 21, 2018 @ 9:30 am - 12:00 pm

Indian Creek litter cleanup (Olathe trail)

Saturday, April 21, 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Great Opportunity for Groups!

Celebrate Earth Day (technically April 22, but …every day is earth day!) with us! Volunteer to clean up litter with us along Indian Creek and the nearby trail, northeast of 127th and Black Bob in Olathe, Kansas!

Do you know where litter goes? Litter in streets and parking lots flow into storm drains, which then empty into local creeks and rivers. In other words, if it’s on the ground, it’s in our water! Be part of the solution by volunteering!

Min age: 11, with parent. 16 and older may volunteer alone.

All volunteers must register in advance by completing online registration. Click on registration button below for more details and to register. Immediately after registering, each individual will receive an auto-email confirmation with more details.

If this date doesn’t work for you, and you have a group, we may be able to set up a special date just for your team! Questions: Contact John at 816-944-2383 or email john.fish@bridgingthegap.org.

We apologize that we are not able to offer or sign off on court-mandated community service.
