Celebrate spring with this Green Business Network social at Cinder Block Brewery, a microbrewery in North Kansas City serving up delicious craft beers. Guests will mingle in Cinder Block’s all-new Reclamation Room event space and enjoy hand crafted local beer and light hors d’oeuvres. (Registration includes two drink tickets.). 

Hear from the brewery’s founder, Bryce Schaffter, about their brewing process and sustainability efforts (They divert spent grain and any leftover organic brewing additives to a local animal farmer.) Bridging The Gap’s Business Recycling Manager Cassandra Ford will also be on hand to talk about waste reduction and diversion opportunities for local businesses.
