Explore Kansas City’s best preserved natural spaces and help catalog the wildlife around you as part of the 2022 City Nature Challenge!

Our Kansas City WildLands program is inviting people of all skill levels to come outside and help us with this citizen science project. We’ll be using a free app called iNaturalist, which allows you to record and identify wildlife you see on your phone. We’ll go over the basics of using iNaturalist to catalog the plants and animals you find.
