Event: Wasted! The Story of Food Documentary + Panel Discussion

Join us at this Green Business Network event as we view the documentary Wasted! The Story of Food Waste followed by a panel discussion highlighting what businesses are doing to curb food waste at all points along the food “chain” in KC.

Panelists will include:

If you eat, this event is for you. Since this is a business network, companies with employee cafeterias, local farmers, restaurants and caterers, food service providers and food distributors are especially encouraged to attend.
About the Documentary
WASTED: The Story of Food Waste, a documentary by Anthony Bourdain, aims to change the way people buy, cook, recycle, and eat food. Through the eyes of chef-heroes like Bourdain, Dan Barber, Massimo Bottura, and Danny Bowien, WASTED! exposes the criminality of food waste and shows us how each of us can make small changes – all of them delicious – to make the most of every kind of food.
