Join us at this Green Business Network event as we view the documentary Wasted! The Story of Food Waste followed by a panel discussion highlighting what businesses are doing to curb food waste at all points along the food “chain” in KC.

If you eat, this event is for you. Since this is a business network, companies with employee cafeterias, local farmers, restaurants and caterers, food service providers and food distributors are especially encouraged to attend.
About the Documentary
WASTED: The Story of Food Waste, a documentary by Anthony Bourdain, aims to change the way people buy, cook, recycle, and eat food. Through the eyes of chef-heroes like Bourdain, Dan Barber, Mario Batali, Massimo Bottura, and Danny Bowien, WASTED! exposes the criminality of food waste and shows us how each of us can make small changes – all of them delicious – to make the most of every kind of food.
