Bridging The Gap’s Climate & Cuisine event will take you and your guest(s) on a taste-testing journey to discover sustainable alternatives for feeding Kansas City, grown right here in our hometown. You will dine on a four-course meal designed by Executive Chef Peter Castillo with ingredients grown by innovative practices such as hydroponics, permaculture, reginerative livestock, and and sustainable farming techniques.
