To Battle!! This is a great workday for groups! We’ll focus on removing invasive exotic honeysuckle and other invasive woody plants from two woodlands (Ogg Road Prairie or Rocky Point Glades), while enjoying the fall beauty of Kansas City’s remnant wild lands. Volunteers will cut and treat invasive woody plants from these beautiful woodland habitats, opening them up and helping native flowers and grasses flourish again in these stunning wild areas.

Volunteer spots are limited at each site.  If you have a group, please contact Linda Lehrbaum at 816-561-1089 or email linda@bridgingthegap.org before registering. All volunteers must register in advance by completing online registration.   Immediately after registering, each individual will receive an auto-email confirmation with more details.

We apologize, we are not able to sign off on court-appointed or disciplinary community service requirements.
